Life Insurance can do three things:
Term Insurance - Most people have term insurance to cover their mortgage or other big obligations. Term insurance is typically sold in set terms 10 – 20 – 30 year “lock-in” periods where the amount of premium does not change as long as the premium is paid. These plans are underwritten and require simple lab tests, but in some cases can be written on a non-medical basis to save you time.
Permanent Life Insurance - We also offer cash value plans that provide permanent protection that you cannot “outlive”. These types of Whole life or Universal life do not have an expiration date. With this policy you build up equity or living expenses that you can tap into during your lifetime. The equity supports payment of the death benefit at the time of claim.
