> Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher?
> Roof, wiring, plumbing & heating updates? (rough description & year of updates)
> Optional water back-up coverage OR earthquake coverage?
> Any scheduled/personal items to be listed on the policy? (description & dollar amount)
